One command checks crashes, memory, disks, temperatures, services, updates, and security in about three seconds, tells you in plain words what needs attention, and fixes what you pick.
curl -fsSL https://eligapris.com/doctor.sh | bashPaste it in a terminal. Then type doctor. Read the installer first
How it works
It installs for your user only, in a few seconds, without asking for your password.
A full check-up in about three seconds. Only what needs attention is shown, each problem in plain words.
Safe fixes run with doctor fix. Each one shows its exact commands first and tells you how to undo it.
Why use it
Apps that crashed or were killed for memory, failing disks, overheating, broken services, pending updates, open ports, and risky settings.
Not thousands of CVEs. It shows the few vulnerabilities that can hurt this computer, whether they're being exploited, and the one action that removes them.
doctor clean clears caches that rebuild themselves. doctor deep lists big things you might not need, and nothing is deleted until you pick it.
doctor history lists what was changed and the command that reverses it. Risky fixes only run when you pick them by number.
Turn on doctor guard and every git commit is checked for API keys, passwords, and private keys first. You can still go ahead, and you're still told.
The check-up runs on your computer. It only downloads public vulnerability data from Ubuntu, CISA, and FIRST, at most once a day.
Linux Health Check runs entirely on your machine and sends nothing about it anywhere. It downloads public security data (about 15 MB a day at most) to know which flaws are being exploited. If you have Claude Code installed, you can also ask an assistant about a problem. Only then is that question and what it reads, with read-only access, sent to Anthropic.

Open a terminal and paste curl -fsSL https://eligapris.com/doctor.sh | bash. Then type doctor. You'll get a check-up in about three seconds that shows only what needs attention.
Usually it's memory pressure, a service stuck restarting, a full disk, or overheating. doctor checks all of these and names the app or service behind it.
The check-up only reads. Fixes run when you ask, show their exact commands first, and come with an undo line. You can read the installer at eligapris.com/doctor.sh before running it.
Installing doesn't. The check-up asks for your password once to read system logs and settings. Press Ctrl+C to skip those checks and it still works.
It's built for Ubuntu and works on most Linux systems with Python 3.9 or newer. The vulnerability check and some fixes need Ubuntu.
Yes. Run doctor guard on, and every commit in every repository is checked first. Choose how strict: relaxed only warns, normal blocks known key formats and .env files, strict blocks anything that looks like a secret. If you skip the check, doctor still tells you right after.
Yes. doctor sysinfo shows the processor, each RAM stick, every drive, the graphics card and monitors, the motherboard and firmware, in half a second. It starts with what's worth knowing, like a monitor plugged into the wrong port or RAM running slower than it can. Add explain to learn what every line means.
Run the same line again to update. To remove it: curl -fsSL https://eligapris.com/doctor.sh | bash -s -- --uninstall
